I went in at like 5:30 and they stayed over and got me my new tires. Hit some debris on the interstate and wasn’t gonna be able to make it to Atlanta. Really appreciate the service and the guy up front named Roger gets a 10/10 from me. If I could give 6 stars I would. And got nice cooper tires.

This was my first visit Front desk, friendly and helpful. I waited for my car and once it was complete, the same light that was on prior to my oil change was on and no sticker to indicate information for the next oil change. I was about 5 minutes down the road before I realized it. I will say that there were people training when I went, so maybe that was the reason those things were left over. Either way the man managing the technicians took care of this issue immediately. And as an act of good customer, gifted me with an oil change for my troubles. Unexpected but appreciated.

I went to Big O to get a routine service check. The manager showed me a checklist of everything that had been checked and gave recommendations on required services done for the mileage on my truck. She offered several pricing on the services required. The pricing was reasonable for what needed to be done. The manager and supporting staff was great. Timing for getting repairs done was ok. I recently got a set of Michelin tires, had brakes replaced front and rear, and oil change. Heather, the manager, was very knowledgeable and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The price was definitely within reason. Would highly recommend!

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS – They Damaged My $1,400 TRD Pro Rim and Then Completely Ghosted Me After Admitting Fault I brought my vehicle in for a simple tire patch, and their tire mounting machine malfunctioned, scraping and gouging my premium Toyota TRD Pro forged rim on both the outer lip and inner barrel. The damage is obvious and extensive – deep scratches all around from their equipment dragging on the wheel. The tech and manager (Heather) immediately admitted it was their machine’s fault and took full responsibility on the spot. They promised to order and provide a replacement rim at no cost to me. I left trusting they’d make it right. That was over two weeks ago. Not a single call, update, or outreach from them. I followed up multiple times – Finally, after 1.5 weeks, I got Heather on the phone, and her excuse? She “forgot about it.” Forgot about causing $1,400 in damage to a customer’s vehicle and promising to replace it? Unbelievable negligence and zero accountability.
